Medical Technologist

A medical technologist is a highly skilled health professional who tests and analyzes blood, other body fluids, and tissue samples.

  • Valid PRC license
  • Willing to work shifting schedules
  • Willing to work in Parañaque
  • Logging of laboratory tests
  • Filing of laboratory test results
  • Storing of blood samples
  • Ensure proper labeling, handling and collection of specimens.
  • Assumes responsibility in all laboratory section concern for his/her shift.
  • Records, releases, and signs out laboratory results.
  • Charges laboratory test done on admitted patients.
  • Reports and informs the Pathologist/Chief Medical Technologist/Section Head all the necessary concerns in the laboratory and/or a particular laboratory section.
  • Oversees the procurement, usage, inventories of all reagents and supplies in the laboratory.
  • Takes charge of reagent consumption report and requisition.
  • Ensure proper endorsement to other staff before/after shift.
  • Responsible for maintaining laboratory cleanliness and supplies

Full-Time Position

Staff Nurse

A Staff Nurse is a registered nurse who provides high-quality care to employees of a company, residents of nursing homes, or patients in a hospital.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
  • Valid PRC license
  • With BLS training
  • Experience is an advantage
  • Perform quality standard nursing care such as weighing patients and measuring height, take blood pressure and other vital signs, take patient’s medical history.
  • Observe and record patients’ behavior.
  • Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for creating and evaluating customized care plans.
  • Maintain reports of patients’ medical histories, and monitoring changes in their condition.
  • Carry out the requisite treatments and medications.
  • Change patient’s medication as ordered by the attending physician.
  • Maintain hygienic and safe working environment in compliance with the healthcare procedures.
  • Discuss treatment with pharmacists and physicians in the critical cases.
  • Prepare patients for examinations.
  • Provide assistance during surgery and other medical treatments or procedures.
  • Preparing rooms, and decontaminating equipment and instruments.
  • Providing necessary guidance on health maintenance and disease prevention.

Full-Time Position

Radiologic Technologist

  • Valid PRC License
  • Willing to work in Paranaque
  • Willing to work on site
  • Willing to start ASAP
  • Assists, queues, and verifies information of the patient.
  • Checks, cleans, and maintains the X-Ray machine and recommends repair or replacement of the defective machine.
  • Conducts review of patients’ medical history, provides clear instruction and informs that patients’ exposure are set on established guidelines.
  • Sends image to the Radiologist for assessment and interpretation.
  • Records the result, prepares reports, and maintains patients’ confidence by keeping information confidential.
  • Performs Standard 12-Lead ECG with rhythm strip as per doctor’s order and keeps a file of the tracing.
  • Ensures that the ECG machine is in good operational condition at all times.
  • Explains procedures to patients and answer questions.
  • Ensures safety of patients during exams.
  • Perform Ultrasound and Spirometry tests.
  • Write accurate reports consistent with the duties of this position.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the department.
  • Notify the Medical Director or Top Management of any equipment repairs needed.
  • Keep a record of all repairs and maintenance of equipment.
  • May perform hospital related function as directed by Medical Director or and other members of Top Management as the need arises or in any eventualities.

  • Must be knowledgeable of the policies of other medical health card/ care agencies accredited to the hospital.
  • Daily responsible for answering telephone inquiries.
  • Reports HMO admission to corresponding HMO agencies/ officers.
  • Request for approval of diagnostic and other special procedures necessary to the corresponding HMO agencies/ offices.
  • Responsible for the setting up appointment schedules between doctors and patients.
  • Retrieve patient medical records for physicians, technicians, or other medical personnel.
  • Protect the security of medical records to ensure that confidentiality is maintained.
  • Release information to persons or agencies according to regulations.
  • Review all records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulations.
  • Plan, develop and maintain, or operate a variety of health record, indexes or storage and retrieval system to collect, classify, store, or analyze information.
  • Process patient admission and or discharge documents.
  • Compile and maintain patients’ medical records to document condition and treatment and to provide data for research or cost control and care improvement efforts.
  • Enter necessary data, such as demographic characteristics, history and extent of disease, diagnostic procedures, or treatment in the computer.
  • Identify, compile, abstract, and code patient data, using standard classification system.
  • Resolve or classify codes or diagnosis with conflicting, missing, or unclear information by consulting with doctors or others or by participating in the coding team’s regular meetings.
  • Does other relevant task assigned by the Supervisor and or Administrator.
